  • 1 cup fat free cottage cheese 
  • sprinkles (optional) 
  • cream cheese frosting ( for dipping and optional)

  1. Per Serving (1/6 of the batch):
  • Calories: ~187 kcal

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a blender cup add the following 

    4 eggs,1 tsp baking powder,1 tsp vanilla extract ,1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened,1/2 cup flour,1/2 fat free milk,1 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 cup sucralose,60 grams of chocolate protein.

  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy
  4. spray baking pan with olive oil spray
  5. pour mixture until even and smooth
  6. insert into the oven for 20 minutes
  7. take out of oven and let sit for 10-20 minutes
  8. add sprinkles for decoration if desired
  9. cut into 6 even slices
  10. enjoy
